Fund Application |
Linked below for downloading is the 2005-2007
Benton, Linn, Lincoln, and Lane Regional Investment Board Application
for funding from the Regional and Rural Investment Program. The BL3 Regional
Investment Board is soliciting applications for proposals to create or
retain jobs in the four County region. The BL3 RIB has established an
open solicitation process for applications that meet certain basic criteria.
The RIB’s
economic development professional partners
are available to work with interested parties to submit an application
briefly describing their proposal.
The Bl3 RIB wants to support projects that create jobs through the appropriate
use of RIB funds balanced with the use of other funds. The BL3 RIB wants
proposals that will create or retain at least one job for every $3000
of RIB funds requested, and that include a mix of funding from the RIB
and other sources that result in five dollars ($5) of matching funds for
every one dollar ($1) of RIB investment.
All applications submitted will be forwarded to the BL3 RIB Projects Committee.
The Projects Committee will review the applications. Applications that
the Project Committee determines warrant full review because they meet
the RIB criteria listed here, are ready to proceed, and meet performance
measures established by the BL3 RIB, will be recommended to the full BL3
RIB. No application will finally be approved and no project will be funded
until it has been approved by the RIB and the County Commissioners of
the four participating Counties have agreed with the RIB decision.

dfoster@ocwcog.org or at
